Rabbi Jamie Cowen

Jamie Cowen was formerly the Rabbi of Tikvat Israel Congregation beginning in 1990. Also president of Hope for Israel Relief Fund, a humanitarian outreach to Israel, and president of Russian Immigration Services, a legal and social service agency for Russian immigrants to the United States.

Former president of the UMJC. Formerly chief counsel to a US Senate Subcommittee. JD - Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, MJS - Joseph Rabinowitz School of Theology, graduate studies in economic, Catholic University of America, BA - Penn State University, history. Married to Stacy Long Cowen since 1978. Three daughters - Amy, Jennifer, Rebecca - all Israeli citizens. One grand daughter - Silan - also Israeli citizen.
